family, friends, eggs and paint!

That Easter Bunny gets around!
The Easter Bunny made his bunny hop on over to Michaela's house on Easter Sunday. We dug around Michaela's yard for some more treats!

Thank you Easter Bunny!
Candy and cupcakes! Numm Numm!

This weekend, we headed to Greensboro to see my old friend Jack, who used to be in my class. Jack got a spankin' new baby sissy a few weeks ago, and Mommy wanted to check her out! I just leave all that baby stuff to my mommy. I'm all about a Jack attack!
Thanks for lunch Jack!

And then, out of nowhere- who pops right back into our lives but our Uncle Charlie!
Whew! A week like that might wear out a regular kid, but not me and my sissy! We say yippee for fun! Yippee for Paint!

The birthday bus--

Since the last time we talked, I have been to A LOT of birthday parties!
First, we had to cover the wee ones.
CiCi is ONE and very, very cute!

Later that very day, it was on to Ava's birthday. Ava is one also!
Ava used to come on over to our house a few days a week with her mommy Mrs. Katie, who I love very, very much. Mrs. Katie had to get a new job, but luckily, we got to see her and Ava!

Next, it was on to third birthday parties. Hartely's was first, with an Easter egg hunt! Now we're talking- three year olds know how to party!

And Katie's was next-- at Pump It Up!

Happy Birthday Katie!

Hartley didn't really turn three until Friday, so to celebrate the real deal, we went to TGI Friday's with her. They make a BIG deal out of your birthday there, they scream and yell and clap and then give you ice cream.

In between the birthday celebrations, we made some time for some neighborhood egg hunting with my friends!

Dylan's mom had some very good ideas about how to make this fun for us! Aside from a basketful of treats, we even decorated some cookies!

As you might imagine, I have had lots candy these last two weeks.
Mommy says it makes us loopy, but I don't think so. I think it makes us sweet!

Through all this excitement, Mina has been practicing her words and she wanted to show you how she's doing..

Happy Easter!

Remember Me Two Years Ago??

WHOOPS!! Our camera is acting up again. We took lots and lots of pictures this week, but Daddy says they won't download, whatever that means. He even tried it on Mommy's computer. So, maybe it's broke again...for good! :( Anyway, I'm sure Mommy and Daddy will have things running smoothly again next week. In the meantime, remember me....two years ago this week?!!

Just like two years ago, I'm going to my good friend Katie's party this week. Hey, where'd our hair go??

Here's me at Hartley's party. Two years ago, it was at the baby gym. This year, we did an easter egg hunt at Hart's house. We had SOOOO much fun. You should have seen Mina go get those eggs!

We also celebrated Kim's birthday two years ago, and again this week. I'm much better at helping to blow out candles now. No cake for Kim this year though. We sent her GREEN cookies and GREEN marshmellow treats to honor her special day, St. Patrick's Day! Hope you liked'em Kim!

Baby Ava didn't exist two years ago so I can't flash back to that, but we ALSO went to her first birthday party this weekend and saw Mrs. Katie there too!! Me and Mina were soooo happy!

Aunt Kim and Uncle Donald are coming this weekend and we're spending easter sunday with Michaela. So, if our camera still isn't working, hopefully theirs is! See you next week!

We heart Hart!

We had a sleep over with my pal Hartley this weekend! Ooooooh, we had fun!
We stayed up until almost 10 whispering to each other in my room, then we woke up extra early - a little after 6- to play some more!

Daddy pulled early morning baby duty, but by 9, he said to Mommy, Mommy- can you bust us out of here?
And then Mommy said: Marbles!
Marbles had a special cookie making room. It was so much fun to make the cookies and they were just so pretty, that me and the girls just had to eat up all our cookies right there on the spot!

Sugar first, PLAY next!
Ahoy Matey!

Mina enjoyed a little down time with Mommy while Hartley and I ran around like banshees!
We had a very fun morning, but a girl can't live on cookies and playtime alone. After awhile, it was home for lunch and down for our naps.

Hartley had to go back to her house after lunch, so Mina and I had to make our own fun after nap time. Yipeeee!
