Spring sprang early!

So we've been spending a lot of time outside!
The flowers are blooming,

And our new park is all fixed up,

And the breeze is blowing! Good thing the spring breeze doesn't blow hard enough to knock Mina and me off our balance beam!

Good times and good friends like Mia and Hartley!

We try to stay outside as much as we can, but sooner or later it gets dark and also I get hungry, so we go home and get some grub and relax! Well, I relax. Mina is working on learning how to wind down after a full day. This is Mina after she pulled my hair and had to go to time out for only the second time in her whole life. As you can see, time out is a hit.

Mary Poppins?

Mommy and Daddy are hoping to find us a happy, healthy, energetic nanny this week! I told them Mina could help with the advertisement!

And maybe I can help too!

We've had such good luck! First we had Mrs. Heather and then we had Mrs. Katie. Mrs. Heather moved away, and now Mrs. Katie is going to get a full time job, so we're in search again. Mina says, whoever you are, you have some big shoes to fill!

Interviews are hard work, so me and my Mina are careful to take some time to take care of ourselves. Hee hee.

Gotta rest up for the next round!

On Saturday, I went to go see my Grandma Q for her birthday!
Michaela and I sang together, but our camera broke before we ate up the cake and so we didn't catch it...

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a nice time on Valentine's Day. At our preschool, we traded valentines and stickers with all our friends, and then at home, Mommy and Daddy gave us sweet treats-- yummmm! We also got some cards and cash from the grands, which was super -duper nice (:

At school, I have a buddy named Jack. Jack is a very good friend to me, and he was so fired up after V-day that he decided to take the party to Marbles and celebrate his third birthday! Jack is my kind of kid. Ice cream, cupcakes with sprinkles, cookies and juice boxes all at 9:30 in the morning! Wooo-Hooooo!

That sort of a breakfast is hard to follow.
Luckily our neighborhood park is almost all finished, so we trucked it on down the road and let off some steam in the sunshine!

On Sunday, it was time for a visit to Grandma's and some Michaela time.

Be like me and my sissy and have nice, cuddly week with your daddy!

Virginia!

Mrs. Katie thinks that Mina and I are very very good painters! Look at our latest masterpieces---

It took awhile to get all cleaned up after that, as you could imagine, but by Saturday, we were fresh and clean and ready for a fun adventure to Virginia to see Uncle Donald, Aunt Kim, Uncle Blake, Aunt Jen, AND Kyla Grace!

We had so much energy after the ride up that we had to find the fun park we visited when Mina was a little baby. I think that she liked the park better this time around!

When we got home, I had to put to use my new "catch phrase." Uh-oh Escredio...

My first trip to the dentist!

Hi there! I like to eat the good stuff whenever I get an opportunity. At school, we made moon pies with rice cakes and cereal and Fluff! Numm Nummm!

Donuts and moon pies and dum dums are all well and good for my tum, but I know that they are not always the best thing for my chompers.
So, this week, I took my chompers to the dentist for the very first time!
I brought Puppy in for moral support, but it turns out I am a very mellow kid and I didn't need the boost. I like to go to the dentist!
