The Zoo!

poor, poor Mina. This is what she got instead of that pumpkin she tried to chase all the way down the driveway.

Mina was happy as a monkey on Tuesday though--

and since it was Veteran's Day, Mommy took us to the zoo just like she planned before the visit to the emergency room.

Boo Boo Ahh Ahh...

Pink bats!

I think Mina needs a couple of more inches before she can pull off the zoo keeper...

But she fits perfectly in the dinosaur egg!

We saw all the animals, and we played in the helicopter,

And we rode on the tram,

And we played and played on the playground. I think I'm gonna get Mina a helment for Christmas.

It turned out to be a good thing we spent all day outside running around on Tuesday, because it rained and rained the rest of the week.
Lots of craft room afternoons!
