Hannah and her mom and dad are probably all the way to Canada by now. On Thursday afternoon, we got some neighborhood kids together to say goodbye. Olivia is another friend in the neighborhood, and her mom is mighty crafty! We met up on her porch and made Canada flags and sang Oh Canada and Hannah's mom answered Canadian trivia questions.
And so we're sad, but then there's a lot to do around here to keep us busy until September when they come back.
Of course, there's swimming!
And there's ball games with Pablo and Wool E Bull and the Blue Monster!
And cotton candy and fireworks and the Bull!
And then there's North Hills on the grass,
And the Target!
We also spend loads of time hanging around together. So we'll stay busy for now, and then it will be Kindergarten for me and the 4's for Mina and the Toddler class for J. And then we'll have our neighbor back and all will be well.
